Right in the heart of the mountain there is a beautiful maloca dance floor with a great sound system where we will come together and dance! We will drink the delicious medicine of Cacao and practice the beautiful medicine of ECSTATIC DANCE 🥰Once we are physically satiated by the pure art of dance.. we will lie down to receive a magical sound healing session with singing bowls, chimes, chanting, drumming, Reiki and more… ✨✨

I am very excited to host this beautiful in event right in the heart of Pisac. I have been hosting this type of event biweekly in Valencia, Spain, and I cannot wait to share my personal brand of magick with my old home of Sacred Valley!
Schedule
2-3pm: Yoga Flow intro & entry
DOORS CLOSE @ 3pm!3pm: Opening Circle & Cacao Ceremony
4-6pm: Ecstatic Dance Journey by DJ Rabellion (yours truly)
6-7pm: Reiki Sound Healing and Closing Circle

Traditional Ecstatic Dance
Some ground rules to keep the space sacred, focused and clean:
Be on time!! This will be a closed ceremony, and you will want to participate from opening to closing
No talking on the dance floor, and no shoes. (to connect with the Pachamama and the Self)
No alcohol or any other substances. We dance as we are, with the beautiful plant medicine of Cacao to help us connect to ourselves and each other..
No cell phones, cameras or other tech
No dogs (owner's request)
No children (unless your magical toddler can absolutely stay quiet and meditative for extended periods of time..)

Ecstatic Dance was born in Hawaii circa 2000, from the desire to extend Conscious Dance practices to the EDM community. The format created was a journey led by only by the DJ (no words on the dance floor or the mic..), where the music would guide us through the following emotional-energetic stages:
Opening ( Dream, Womb, Gestation, Intentions )
Awakening ( Birth, Opening Up, Feeling your Body )
Building ( Showing up, Own your body, Show yourself!! )
Climax ( Explosion, Shake it off, Let it all hang out..)
Post-Climax ( Nostalgia, Throwbacks, Dance like a monkey )
Closing ( Return to the Dream state, Quiet, The Self )
The focus and purpose of this dance ceremony is to help Connect, Heal, Journey, Celebrate, and Transform through Free Dance and Music. We dance like no one is watching, in our truest form, allowing all our emotions, thoughts, and body parts to flow freely and release..
Ecstatic Dance is an open source practice, and every facilitator has their own style and way to hold this space. In my ceremonies, I like to combine Reiki energy and my own medicine songs within my DJ set as well as the Circle. I promise you will feel held, loved and supported, so bring all you got and dance it all out!

About Rabellion:

Ecstatic Dance has given me the best tool possible for deep healing and transformation, and it is my life purpose to combine all my skills to share this amazing healing experience with the world.."
Rabellion (Tati Rabell) is a resident DJ at 'Ecstatic Dance Valencia' in Spain, as well as a Reiki Master Teacher and a Sound Healer. In addition to Ecstatic Dances, Tati has experience offering Reiki courses, Soul Retrieval, Cacao ceremonies, and Sound Baths as well as original music performances. She holds a Master in Music Production from Berklee Valencia, and has trained in the Sacred healing arts since 2014, originally in her former home of Southern California and Mt. Shasta. She is extremely excited to share her musical journey with us all, for the first time in the Sacred Valley of the Incas!
